The Group consists of three housing associations working together in partnership: Harden, Kemble and Nexus. Each partner association retains its own distinct identity, Board and its own staff.
As Group members, they have access to central services from West Mercia, including:
- Finance and accounting
- Information technology
- Personnel, recruitment and training
- Development and community regeneration projects
- Board and committee services
- Public relations and marketing
- Business improvement
The arrangement enables the partner associations to concentrate on providing a cost-effective service to their residents.
The three partner associations manage over 5,000 homes in the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Herefordshire, including:
- Family houses
- Flats and bungalows
- Sheltered schemes for the elderly
- Supported housing
- Nursing homes.
