Friendship are also involved in a range of regeneration activities including a dedicated Neighbourhood Warden Scheme in Derby and a Sure Start Programme in Sparkbrook in Birmingham, which provides services and support for families with children under the age of four.

In addition to offering a wide range of careers for people leaving school, college or university, Friendship also has great opportunities for those returning to work or just looking for a new challenge. What ever your circumstances, the team at Friendship is always interested in hearing from reliable, resourceful people.

Friendship believes in supporting staff to pursue their interests, ambitions and talents as they develop their careers. New joiners can expect an induction programme and ongoing training. They've even allocated special funds to contribute towards the cost of courses undertaken outside of work. They develop people's skills in a wide range of fields including: support work, housing management, technical (buildings) services, management, and administrative support - including ICT, finance, and human resources.
