The Company also provides a number of dining clubs which serve freshly cooked meals in a comfortable environment and give diners the opportunity to take part in free organised events and social activities.
The Community Housing Group is proud to be called an Excellent Organisation.
By adopting the robust Business Excellence management model, they have grown into a vibrant and innovative organisation which constantly strives to delight customers with exceptional services.
This commitment helped them to become the first Housing Association to win the prestigious Midlands Excellence Award in 2006 and they have gone on to achieve further awards and accreditations for their service delivery.
But it's not just about winning awards. They are not frightened to seek out customer views or use the feedback from external inspections as a valuable part of continuous improvement. Teams are part of the target setting process for business performance and have a direct input into the development of policies and procedures for the Group.
