Celebrating 10 successful years in the community.

The Dane Housing Group is a decade old. It's come along way since it took over ownership and management of Congleton Borough Council's housing stock in 1998.

Dane Housing's Tenth Anniversary

The company delivered on its promises to improve residents' homes by investing £6.5 million pounds. More than this though, they recognised that homes are more than just 'bricks and mortar' by working with residents to deliver neighbourhood services everybody wants.

Dorothy Barnett, Chair of the Tenants' Federation commented:

"It's been a tremendously exciting journey; from setting up the company ten years ago to where we are today. Promises made to improve homes have been kept, and neighbourhoods have and continue to be improved. Most importantly, residents have been involved every step of the way in decision-making and exploring ideas for the future. They have actively joined in social activities and learnt new skills, all of which they have found very enjoyable and rewarding."

Here's to the next 10 years!
