Midlands housing giant moves to Nottingham.

19/05/08

Friendship Care and Housing's have moved to ultra-modern facilities right in the heart of Nottingham.

Friendship Office Opening

The Friendship team celebrated their move to the new offices by inviting Joan Ridley, (front third from right), Pearl McCauley, (front third from left) and Ernie Hendricks, (front second from left) to a special opening ceremony with the Friendship team to cut the ribbon.

Previously based in an aging Victorian house in Loughborough, the team of 18 housing officers and support workers have relocated to the Ng2 business park in Nottingham.

William Carter, Head of Housing Management for Friendship commented:

"It was particularly important to us that our customers were not affected by the move. The team worked hard to ensure that it was business as usual throughout so for example there was no closing our switchboard to callers. Various initiatives have now been introduced to ensure that our customers can still call upon our range of services easily. For example our Housing Officers regularly visit and work in the local communities, conducting home visits, site inspections and surgeries."
