Recognition for one of housing's rising star associations.
01/11/07A member of the Festival Housing Group: Spa Housing Association, which manages around 3,500 properties in Worcestershire, has won a prestigious accolade for its housing services: Charter Mark accreditation. The Charter Mark is a UK Government scheme aimed at raising the standard of customer service delivery by public sector organisations.
Head of Housing, Alan Moorhouse, enthused:
"Charter Mark, a national award, endorses our commitment to providing top quality services to our residents. This is good news for all our customers as the accolade has been extended to cover both customer service and housing services provided by Spa.
"Our team should be very proud of what they have achieved yet again and the services they provide to our residents."
